A Creative nature connection experience

Do you want to feel more connected, more alive, more yourself?

Join us for a journey through three distinct habitats in the breathtaking Cumbrian landscape, where evidence-led creative practices will guide you back to nature—and to yourself.

This immersive one-day experience will take you through the Lakes, Temperate Rainforest, and Open
Heathland. Along the way, we’ll pause to create, reflect, and restore. From ‘Artscaping’ with Earth
Pigments, to macro- and cyanotype photography, and journaling, each moment is designed to engage your senses and deepen your connection to the natural world. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and

reconnected.

Highlights of the day

  • A guided outdoor journey with Mountain Leader, Lauren Munro-Bennett
  • Mindful creative activities led by professional designer and researcher, Gemma Hardy
  • Local deli lunch provided with a tea/coffee break

A chance to disconnect, pause, notice and reconnect with our surroundings

Itinerary

  • Meet at Grasmere Gather at 9:30am for welcome and coffee.
  • We will then head out for our creative nature connection outdoor journey
  • We will return to Grasmere Gather by 4:30pm.
